Bill Babcox has been with Babcox Media since 1985. He held a variety of sales and management positions before being named president. Prior to joining the company, Bill worked for The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in its retail stores division. Bill is a 1984 graduate of Denison University.

Greg Cira has been with Babcox since 1992 and currently serves in the capacity of Vice President, Group Publisher and CFO. He is responsible for corporate operational needs including financial reporting, strategic planning, acquisition strategy and human resources. He also serves as Group Publisher with responsibility over a number of Babcox brands. Prior to joining Babcox, Greg spent several years with Ernst & Young within both their retail and manufacturing practice groups. Greg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Bowling Green State University. He is also a CPA and a Fellow with the American College of Forensic Examiners.

Sean Donohue has been with Babcox Media since early 2008 and currently serves as Group Publisher of TechShop, Motorcycle & Powersports News, BodyShop Business, AutoSuccess, Professional Carwashing & Detailing, Engine Builder and their digital entities. Prior to joining Babcox, Sean worked for the Akron Beacon Journal, formerly a Knight Ridder Publication, in a variety of marketing and advertising roles. Sean has a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Visual Communication and Design from Kent State University.

Brandi Gangel joined the company in February 2014 and oversees the audience data and research strategy for Babcox Media brands and corporate marketing initiatives. Prior to joining Babcox, Brandi worked for Panera Bread in a variety of field, brand and customer engagement marketing roles. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Marketing from Saint Louis University, and her Masters of Media Communications from Webster University, St. Louis.

Barbara L. Kimbrew has been employed with the company since November 2013. Ms. Kimbrew is a graduate of Franklin University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Most recently, Ms. Kimbrew graduated from Kent State University, earning her Masters of Business Administration degree. Ms. Kimbrew has worked in the area of Human Resource Management for more than 20 years and she is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Randy Loeser joined Babcox Media in 2013 as publisher of Tire Review and was later given additional responsibilities as the Director of Digital Media and Group Publisher of Engine Builder. In 2018, Randy transitioned into the role of Group Publisher of Content Services to provide creative and custom content solutions to our clients. Randy has worked for several national business-to-business publishers in a variety of roles, including publisher, business development, marketing and internet products management. Randy is a 1995 graduate of John Carroll University.

Michael is responsible for setting digital sales and marketing strategies, as well as overseeing video and digital product development for all brands across Babcox’s portfolio. Before joining the company, he spent 14 years with Penton Media, where he led the digital team for Penton’s Manufacturing & Supply Chain properties. Michael also spent time with Vendome Group as sales director for the company’s Healthcare Informatics brand. He has a bachelor’s in marketing from Baldwin Wallace University and an MBA from Cleveland State University’s Ahuja College of Business.

Mike joined Babcox in June, 2016. After serving as associate publisher for our Tech Group properties, Mike assumed his current position as Group Publisher – Customer Solutions. In his new role, he’s deeply engaged with the sales team on a daily basis and in the sales and marketing of our latest digital solutions. Prior to Babcox, Maleski served as Vice President, Sales & Marketing for The Plain Dealer and its news and information website, Cleveland.com. Prior to The Plain Dealer, Maleski served as Vice President, Digital Sales, Marketing & Operations for the Cleveland Cavaliers. While with the Cavs, Mike directed the effort to commercialize the organization’s web properties, social, mobile and email platforms.

Dean Martin joined Babcox in 1996 as associate group publisher for the company’s automotive service publications and a regional sales manager covering territories in the southeast and south central U.S. Martin was named publisher of Fleet Equipment in 2013. In 2018, Martin took responsibility for the publishing duties of Tire Review and Fleet Service Technology. Prior to joining Babcox, Dean served as publisher of trade publications in the mining and construction industries. Dean is a 1981 graduate of The Ohio State University.

Scott Shriber is a 30-year veteran of the automotive industry. His 27 years with Ford Motor Co. (Dearborn, Mich.) included senior management work in the areas of customer service, field technical training, dealer profitability, fixed operations and warranty, as well as national marketing and sales experience. He has a deep understanding of both direct and indirect parts sales channels, as well as distribution through the aftermarket. During two joint venture start-ups, he gained extensive collision, IT and medium-duty truck experience. Scott joined Babcox in 2008 as publisher of BodyShop Business. In 2010, Scott was also named publisher of Counterman magazine and the aftermarketNews e-Newsletter. In 2019, Scott was promoted to ‘Group Publisher – Content’ for all Babcox Media brands. He remains a devoted car enthusiast and continual student of the automotive industry. A 1979 graduate of Hillsdale College, Scott resides in Akron, Ohio, with his wife, Suzanne, and their three children.

Susan Givens joined Babcox Media in 2017 when the company acquired the AutoSuccess brand. Susan has worked with AutoSuccess since 2001 and held various sales and operational roles before being named Publisher in 2008. Since joining the Babcox Media team, she has assumed Group Publisher responsibility for the AutoSuccess, Motorcycle & Powersports News and Professional Carwashing & Detailing brands. Susan is graduate of the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Business Management and a minor in International Business.
